My friend took three others to inspect the property she intended to bid for and each found something about it to criticise. 'I don't want to live somewhere that makes my friends uncomfortable' she told me later.
So, that purchase is off the agenda but the search for a new home goes on.
Almost everywhere has something wrong with it. At least that's my experience in my recent forced (landlord moving back in) house hunt.
ReplyDeleteI agree marcellous. In my friend's case, despite her ongoing search for a new home, now several years in duration, I suspect she may never follow through to a purchase.
