Autumn morning

I often post photos of views from my balcony such as the two below but usually these are taken in sparkling sunshine. This morning at 7am the sky is filled with dark low hanging cloud, with showers forecast, and the light is darker to my naked eye than my camera (Canon EOS 700D) suggests. I needed a steadier hand for the second photo. Click on the photos to enlarge them.

    We saw quite a few grey skies during our visit and it does take away from the sparkling beauty.

      Yesterday it was 31º and sunny today it is 23º with what you see above, Andrew. I suppose there are plenty of countries in the Northern hemisphere which would take that for autumn weather any year.

    Clouds have their own unique beauty I think Victor, and the soft light they offer your magnificent view is rather pleasing to the eye. 23C - a mid summer wish I fear for me. Still, the sun is out and it does feel like spring.
